Bryan P. DiGregory, of counsel to Gonzales Tiagha, has been practicing law for over ten years and he is licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is an experienced immigration attorney in the areas of detention and removal, as well as family based immigration. He has successfully represented individuals in Immigration Courts in several jurisdictions throughout the United States, including: Philadelphia, PA, York, PA, Baltimore, MD, Newark, NJ, and Buffalo, NY. In addition, he has represented immigrants in front of the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. DiGregory acquired extensive criminal trial experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system as a former Assistant Public Defender for the Defenders Association of Philadelphia.
